The quality is good but after pigeon toothbrushes they seems too tiny for 9 months old child.

I bought for my toddler, it got broken after an hour use because she was teething. She chew the soft silicon head. The handle is plastic and pointing at the not-so-sturdy silicon head/plaatic head that the end of the handle came out as the brush head is jelly strong. Subsequently it posed hazard and not safe to use. Not advisable for my toddler. It is tiny for a toddler to grasp and grip well as the handle is 1/3 thinner than my pinky finger. It shows that the design and size was not thought well for toddlers who can grip and grasp big and fat handle that fits when their hand clenches. I couldn't return it at the time because my daughter broke it after an hour of use.

I actually bought this for my dog, and it worked better than I expected. She’s a small Boston Terrier (about 14 lbs), and she used to hate having her teeth brushed. It was always a struggle. Great oral Care set! We used to have a similar set we purchased for our infant but it was starting to fall apart. We got this as replacement the toddler: when the gums are too sensitive for a regular toothbrush (e.g. the K9s are coming in). It gently cleans the teeth without irritating the swollen inflamed gums. The price is great for two kinds of toothbrushes and one tongue cleaner. The travel case is useful also. Highly recommend!
