Great for Normal Skin, But Not Ideal for Oily Types I've been using Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser for a few months now, and overall, it's a solid product, but it's important to know your skin type before buying it. This cleanser is perfect for normal, sensitive, or slightly dry skin. It’s fragrance-free, non-irritating, and leaves the skin feeling soft and clean without stripping away natural moisture. If you’re someone who just needs a gentle, daily cleanser without harsh ingredients, this is a great choice. However, for those with oily or acne-prone skin, this might not be the best option. It doesn’t do much to control excess oil, and I noticed it left a bit of a film on my face when I tried it during a more humid season. It doesn’t offer that deep-clean feeling oily skin often needs. If your skin leans oily, I’d recommend trying Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser instead it’s designed specifically to target excess sebum without being too harsh.

Product Safety & Sealing Issue
Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to raise a concern regarding the current packaging of this product. The sealing is only provided at the pressing area (pump head), while the rest of the bottle is not properly sealed. Because of this, anyone can easily open the bottle and access the product from inside. Since this is a costly and sensitive product, it is not safe for customer use. There is a high risk of tampering, contamination, and product loss. I kindly request you to implement full-body sealing or tamper-proof packaging to ensure product safety and maintain customer trust. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
