I bought one of these chairs for my husband first, and my son loved it so much he bought one. They're well made, with sturdy materials, and both my boys find them very comfortable.It comes packaged well, and the bolts provided are solid and good quality. The allen wrench is nice, very comfortable in the hand, and each bolt set is clearly labeled with what part they're designed for. Made assembly quick and easy, that we weren't looking for bolt number MD30005Q or whatever.Overall a very good quality chair for the price.

I purchased the chair for my wife who is working from home the regular office chair was really causing her to have back and leg pain on a daily basis so I decided to purchase her a gaming chair since she is in the chair 8 hours a day. Since she has been it the chair she does not have any back or leg pain like before everything about this chair is great it has been a blessing for her. I've been using the N-Gen gaming chair for a while now and it's been a great addition to my setup. It’s very comfortable, especially for long workdays, and leans back surprisingly far — great for taking a quick break or stretching out. I'm 6'1" and the chair has a good default height for someone my size.Because I have a taller desk, I ended up buying a separate, taller hydraulic cylinder to lift the chair even higher. The swap was easy and seamless, and now it fits my workspace perfectly. Since adjusting it, I’ve noticed a big difference in how my back feels after long sessions — way less fatigue.The chair comes with a supportive pillow and a nice recline, and the leg rest is a comfortable touch too. However, if you’re taller (around 5'10" or above), you might find the leg rest doesn't extend out quite far enough to fully support your legs. It’s still usable, just something to keep in mind.Overall, it’s a great chair for the price — comfortable, versatile, and easy to tweak if you need to customize it a bit.

I like this chair alot. Ive had it for quite some time now(* about a year) and its held up. I have had to retighten the screws one time. It is starting to lean some to the left not sure what thats about. The foot extension I do not care for its cumbersome, uncomfortable, and kind of low quality. As for the rest of the chair its wide, its very deep. It keeps you comfortable for hours gaming or working. There has been a few times I was in this chair 10+ hours and the bottom cushin kind of gets hard after a while. But with that amount of time it is to be expected from any chair. I am not small 230lb and very impressed with it holding up. I even had L3-S1 spine fusion and straight out of the hospital I was sitting in this chair with no pain. I was also using the arms to help me get in and out of it. It's not really designed for that amount of weight on the arms to get in and out of BUT it held up perfectly. So great chair. Some other reviews say it is loud. I get some noises here and there spinning around or changing weight alot but its very minimal. Im happy with it

This chair is excellent, but the pillows are an extra I didn't really need. it supports 250-275lb sitting and standing. If you have an elderly or slightly disabled person, this rolls too quickly and think of another option. When assembling the arms I realized they bend at the joints to raise the back up at an angle for adjustable comfort, but that makes them a but wonky. I used wd-40 lubricant gel for the joints so they didn't squeak.

Although it went through some delays to get to me, this chair is really nice! Took me a couple of hours to assemble but straightforward instructions! It fits my longer legs too, and the footrest is a decent touch! Highly recommend for those on a budget but wanting decent quality.
