replacement almost as bad as the 1st
replacement product arrived today - excellent service in respect of the order however having just spent 30 mins trying to set up as it will not open play store to allow apps to down load I have given upClearly something defective here - play store would only stay open for 30 seconds so no apps downloaded and the promised set up within 10 mins has not happened - very poor

Das Gerät wird mit einem Netzteilstecker für England geliefert. Man muss noch einen Reiseadapter kaufen.Warum das so in Deutschland verkauft wird ohne Hinweis ist mir ein Rätsel

No paperwork or contact info
The absence of a warranty or any paperwork was a Pia since on the second day that I it the plug in voltage adapter shorted out and I had to go and purchase another one
