Arrived as expected
Started out great and I was seeing a difference in rate of hair growth. However, after 3 months of use it no longer works. I am so disappointed.

The Instructions were easy to follow and the charging cord is long. And using it doesn’t hurt.

Be careful
The head of this unit is close to the surface & close to your face, thus it's easy for the glass to touch your skin & burn it.I've not seen that this did anything for me, maybe a little, over using it for 2 months daily. I've stopped using it.

Good purchase
I have used this item as directed for couple months and it did reduce the hair but not totally removed completely. I honestly think that’s what I read it would do for you but some people reviewed saying their hair did not come back so that’s what I was hoping for by now. I will keep going and maybe it will. I would buy again.
