Malibu Lightning 8422-4110-01 Harbor Collection LED Low Voltage Jelly Jar Pathway Light- Black

I've had 6-7 of these in my backyard for a few years now. This was a replacement for one of them that died. Overall I'm very happy with the look but the main post seems to weaken with time and bend/droop. I wish they were a bit sturdier.

I love the look of this light. I did remove the bulb and fixture and replace with a regular light socket. I installed 12 volt flicker flame bulbs in it. I had to modify it slightly so the flicker flame bulb fit. I love the look and looks awesome in the flower beds.

Now that these lights have been in use for a while, the brittleness of the plastic has caused the hook to fail and the light to fall from the post. Its not so much the hook, but the top of the light itself that gives way. When trying to glue them together, the plastic breaks when being handled. While they look the same as those formerly sold in Home Depot, they are not made as well.

Beautiful lighting. What else is there to say. Love, love, love!

Bought these because I liked the design. The stakes are flimsy and the plastic connector in the vertical post is always breaking. I bought extra so that I could keep the design but I replace almost every light at least once per year.

I have previously ordered this style light and have been very pleased after a year of use. Just bought two more which are an exact match to previously ordered. Unfortunately, I notice on some sites that this style is being discontinued. If you like the style and want a reliable product then do not wait to place an order.

The only thing these lights are good for is THE GARBAGE CAN!😡
