Palm Tungsten T5 HandHeld Organizer

The TUNGSTEN T5 is exactly what I wanted when my pevious PALM broke in my pocket from a fall - however in another order for a metal case to protect the new TUNGSTEN PALM they did not allow for the stylus to be placed inside the metal case.

This Palm is the same as the old one I was looking to replace, however, I find that there are some defects in this new device.Palm obviously just dumped their old unsold unit to outside retailers and since they do not offer any support on this device the purchaser is stuck with the problem. I was a loyal Palm custome, however, I will not buy any other Palm product at any time in the future.

It wasn't a Tungsten T5 it was just a Palm but it works fine for me.

Could not get the Tungsten T5 to go beyond the starting screen. No simple instructions provided. Need to download an incredibly long PDF document. Stylus did not come out of its location in one piece. I have had an older version of the Palm which I have enjoyed. This was a total disappointment. I will look for a way to download my information into another device if possible.the experience in fact was disgusting. The box had missing parts (one of which was the manual), another was the charger. Apparently this was a return that was turned around and sent to us. Its more the supplier than the mfg at fault. The unit never worked .who wants a product that off the shelf does not light. rac

This product will not HotSync with Windows 7...64You need an older version of Windows to use this Palm.I tried every thing that support told me to do but in the endI had to return this item. I would like to have known this beforeI ordered it. My money was refunded but not the shipping cost. Alsohad to pay to ship it back.

cannot seem to transfer data from my old t-5

Worked fine until I took it off the charger. I figured it wasn't fully charged, but the truth was it had to be plugged in to work. Charged it for 2 days straight and made different changes to settings and added stuff onto it, but as soon as I unplugged it it erased everything and reset all settings. Also the software disk it came with to load onto the computer so you could it with your computer said it didn't work with Windows 7 or 8.
