Clean, clear energy! I use this as a pre-work instead of using other brands that lead to jitteriness and the need to itch. It honestly lasts me about a month and a half and I use it about 6x a week. The taste is not chalky and whether you want to sip on it or chug it, it’s unbelievably light! I definitely notice a difference in performance when taking it regularly.

I’ve taken this powder for years and it does wonders. It tastes great, theres no after taste, there’s no crash, the ingredients are clean, the quality is great and it isn’t loaded with sugar like others are with harmful ingredients. The energy level is a great!! I can take a scoop and be ready to work out 20-30 min minutes and really focus on my workout, after and feel amazing after doing so. Best in the market in my opinion.

I was looking for an alternative to my pre-workout. Something that felt cleaner, less additives and random ingredients. This is doing the trick nicely. I definitely get a caffeine boost and don’t feel jittery. This has about half as much caffeine as what I was using, but it has plenty, so I like that. Only reason it gets 4/5 from me is the taste is just, ok. I don’t love it, but don’t hate it. I’m 3 or 4 orders into it, and I keep using it, so it’s not bad. Price is pretty reasonable compared to similar alternatives, so I’ll keep using it. If you’re looking for a drink mix with a pick me up, it’s definitely worth a try.

This powder mixes well and taste great. No jitters . Provides Clean energy

I will take down this review as I enjoy this product, once my issue is resolved. Most recent order opened up with large chunks, rather than the powder. No desiccant inside. I would love to return this for a new one but Ascent won’t recognize my email or mobile since I ordered through Amazon. Please help swap/return with product that isn’t dried out.

Great taste, no crash

A clean pre that doesnt leave you feeling itchy or have your heart doing jumping jacks. It gives you a nioe burst of energy and wears of calmy when you use it for physical activity. Only one my body agrees with and ive been drinking it for 4 years. Theyve gotten betela over time.
