I used this with tropical colored balloon garland package. The colors I used helped its colors stand out. It was not as bright and bold as it looks on the site which is the reason I gave it 4 stars. It’s a slightly faded black since the banner is not lined. Used here without a wall behind it- it came out pretty good.
