This protein powder feels well thought out for regular gym days. The texture is fine and mixes well with both water and milk. I appreciate that it comes with added amino acids and enzymes. It does not feel hard on my stomach. The pack size is practical and lasts a good while. It has become part of my usual post workout drink.

Good taste
Good taste and no lumps at all, easy soluble and gets easily mixed with water. Little foaming but goes in a half minute if you keep as is after shaking. Causes little bloating though.
