I've used tongs for many, many years and delighted with this product because it's got a really tight grip for the hair mine is short ish which I'm delighted with a hot heat setting. i'm also very happy with all the different heads..ive not tried the wands yet but thrilled ive got such choice now. Big waves and smaller curls created with wider and shorter tong sizes.Excellant value for moneyQuality, well made product for sure.

Received mine this morning tried them straight away love them heat up really quickly and curls quickly I used the 2 smaller wands and I'm very happy with them

I was looking for a good curling iron, within my budget and this was perfect. It heats up quickly and i love that there are multiple curl styles you can achieve.

Didn't work when first plugged in. Bought as a early birthday present so went past the 30 day return policy. Amazon just say contact the supplier. Couldn't find this so money wasted. Avoid.

there are 2 slide buttons for heat and even the lowest is scorching hot - so becareful. It feels like 190 degrees hot. My hair came out fine but i dont think i can do this everyday or all that heat will damage my hair. i will have to return this one. I need one that actually shos me the temperature - cos i dont like to go more than 170 degrees
