Fairly ok with baking cakes, but have always felt a bit nervous trying to do any fancy decorating. Have now watched this and it has given me the confidence to give it a go. Particularly like the decorating cupcake tutorial. Rachel comes across as very approachable and gives clear explanations behind her instructions, so you really feel like you understand the whole process.You can clearly see what she is doing from every angle. Like the way the DVD is broken down into the tutorials, so it will be easy to go back and replay any bits that I am unsure about.

Very nice clear instructions, all filmed in real time so you can see every stage of the process. Likable and unpretentious presenter. Lots of helpful hints to make the whole thing easier. The decorating processes are obviously time-consuming but for enthusiastic hobby bakers this video would be really helpful.
