Wildflower honey is made by bees that have collected nectar from a local source of wildflowers. The taste and composition of wildflower honey can vary depending upon the variety of flowers in bloom at the time the honey is made. The potential health benefits of honey are many due to its nutrient rich content and anti-microbial properties. Compared to other honey types, wildflower honey contains a greater number of antioxidants. Pure honey is subject to crystallization. Honey crystallization is a natural phenomenon by which honey turns from a liquid to semi-solid state with granular composition. If honey does not crystallize for a long time, except for those types of honey in which the natural crystallization process goes slower (acacia), that often is a clear indication for honey adulteration, dilution, etc. To liquefy crystallized honey, simply put the honey jar in warm water and stir until the crystals dissolve. Do NOT microwave honey. This will destroy all the beneficial enzymes and properties of the honey. Not suitable for infants under 1 year age. Lovely honey
lovely clear honey, very sweet, I use it with cider vinegar to make honey vinegar for my rheumatism, sharp and refreshing as a start to the day. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars because I expected crystallised and it was very runny, probably due to being this years and how warm it has been. However, a good product and its organic

Not a good quality!
Disappointed as my throat started to burn by trying it! I sent it back to them after some difficulties!

SUGAR ?
I would like confirmation before my review that this does not have sugar, as this would be catastrophic for me if so. I have a severe allergy to sugar but this looks like sugar and I am having to get it tested to ensure it is safe for me despite it saying 'no sugar'

ALL THE THINGS I LOOK FOR IN HONEY
This is golden yellow, slightly runny opaque honey, and knowing it is made of English wild flowers rather than foreign ones adds to the attraction. Its taste is perfect for putting into hot drinks, stewed fruit and everything else you would need honey for, without overlaying other flavours. I will keep on buying this!
