Yes, this is the correct part number for 2010 Silverado series. You can search the part number on ACDelco web site to confirm. You need to have them programmed prior to installation if your selected tire shop cannot (some can). Any GM Parts Department can program but may charge a token amount to do so.

Do the tire senor need programming?

Always good to relearn the system. I had all tires replaced because it was time. I also replaced all sensors and the garage relearned the sensors.

Does it work for 2016 impala ls?.

Not sure where your from, but mavis tires program them. Ask them to install them and to do a relearn. Almost every side shop will install and program them. It only takes 5 mins in program them. Not including installing them. Also tell them to just pop the side where they are being installed. If the tire is not removed off the rim there is no mount and balance for the inner tire is still mounted and the tire didn't move.
