This gourmet Spanish black pudding is from Asturias, from a small family-run company famous for the quality of its products. These blood sausages are made using pork, streaky bacon, onion, blood, paprika and spices, before being smoked over oak-fires. They can be used in tapas dishes, served with vegetables like our baby broad beans, or added to stews such as the famous Fabada Asturiana.
