Q: What is the maximum weight of bait you can load in the tray? How does it hassle on ocean launches?

Max weight is 3.-4.5KG depending on your bait types, as for ocean wave,as long as it isn't storm,should be fine,but do not use in bad weather, the boat is heavy enough to fight against normal waves. Please check the attached video.

Q: If the boat flipped over in the water, can it be flipped back?

I haven't fliped it but instructions says it won't self right.

Q: Can this boat be used at the beach

The propeller for this boat is stainless steel, so if you want to use it at the beach, strongly recommend washing the boat each time with fresh water after using. In salt water everything including stainless steel rusts, so if you want the boat to last longer lifetime, this is very necessary.
