Reliable as far as quality, I have bought these over quite a period of time. Perfect for what parrots want to chew. Chewing is necessary to keep their beak filed down. If your pet Parrot isn’t given enough chewing materials and other beak filing material, they will need you to take them to the veterinarian regularly to get their beak filed down. If it’s not done, they can’t eat properly. I highly recommend! But introduce, slowly. First day put close to cage. Second day put on top or side of the cage, Third day put inside cage, to one side (not where food & water is).
