This robot vacuum has been a great addition to the house. The suction power is strong and it does a very good job picking up dust and debris on both hard floors and carpets. The navigation is accurate and it maps the space well without bumping around too much. The self-emptying dock is a huge plus — it really reduces the need for daily maintenance. The app is easy to use, and scheduling cleanings is very convenient. Overall, it saves a lot of time and keeps the house consistently clean. Very satisfied with the performance and features.

Living in a home with a 2,000 sq. ft. first floor, I was skeptical if a robot vacuum could handle that much ground, but this unit has exceeded my expectations. The Precision Navigation and Smart Pathfinder technology are incredibly accurate; it maps the floor plan expertly and hits every spot without getting lost. The 13,000Pa Vormax suction is noticeably powerful with good battery life, pulling up stubborn dirt from both hard floors and rugs. I love that it automatically boosts suction and lifts the mop pads up to 10.5mm, so I never have to worry about damp rugs. I can’t thank the machine enough for how much time this has saved my wife. She used to spend hours every week on the floors, but now she barely has to lift a finger. The All-in-One Self-Emptying PowerDock is a lifesaver—it washes the pads, dries them with hot air to prevent odors, and even handles water refilling. Since it holds up to 100 days of dust, we aren't constantly emptying bins. The Tangle-Free TriCut Brush is another standout; it cuts through hair automatically, and we haven't seen any clogs or blocks yet. Beyond the cleaning, the build quality is very durable and sturdy, making it feel like a long-term investment. It works really well with the dedicated app, which offers a ton of functionality and deep control over every setting. It has truly transformed our daily routine and given us our free time back to enjoy more important things and a happy wife.

Set up was easy. Mapped home. Set timer for when to vacuum and mop. Charged battery. It began vacuuming fine. Then at 82 % battery it returned to the dock? Lined up to the dock. Got to one inch from the ramp and shut down. Requiring me to manually place the vacuum in the dock. It recharges and resumes vacuuming but not from where it stopped previously but from the beginning. The same area it already vacuumed. I mapped my home again. Same issue. Called customer service. Language issues. He wants me to video. My email won’t send large video files. The unit works fine if I manually start. But using the timer the unit heads back to the dock at 82% battery and stops on inch from the dock ramp. Like it sees the dock as an obstacle to avoid. Start in manual mode and it returns at 20% battery and has no issues docking or resuming where it left off. With two battery stops to recharge it wasn’t able to finish all the rooms before quiet time began. My home isn’t large. One story and less than 1900 square feet. Ridiculous that I must manually begin and it can’t finish by the time I return from work. Customer service from manufacturer was terrible. Amazon refunded the money for the unit but not the accessories. No help from Amazon. This experience encourages me to delete the Amazon app and never make an online purchase again.

So, its been a few weeks. And I love this little cleaning companion! My floors havent looked this great in months, and on top of that i can have it pick up while i work at a touch of a few buttons. For refrence: I have a 150 lb dog that sheds constantly, and live in a house with mostly hardwood, tile, some lanoliam floors. Some rugs. A couple of small ramps and a few ledges from room to room. A lot of dirt and mud makes it into my home since we live in " the sticks" Heres what ive noticed: The robot is well equipt to handle obsticals and ressesions at thresholds after i helped map the house to help the robot identify lateral obsticals.... When i tested it without customizing maping it was getting stuck a lot easeir but now it doesnt seem to have much trouble. It does have some pretty impessive maping capability in real time too. This thing avoided a sock that got left behind like a champ and ive noticed the bot optimizes pathing for when its returning home or wherever its going next while its not cleaning. it does somewhat seem to struggle with rugs, but it picked up more debree than i expected with carpet. I recommend really looking at the app to schedual cleans, customizing your digital space. You can locate the robot with a glance and easily redirect it to clean a diffrent room, or have prefrences set for each space. Its maitence is a bit loud ( not easy to talk over ) so i wouldnt recomend it to be close by where you or someone else sleeps, or durring when you sleep/ dining table(active hours of use). Could just be my dog hair problem but that esspecially clogs the robot up but it handles human hair beautifully. This poor robot was set with a difficult task, i highly reccomend it for the price point and convience of the self cleaning feature.

Vacuums great but I’m annoyed it has a vac bag so now I have to buy bags. The vacuum is quiet and works really well. I have a GSD and two hairy cats. It’s impressive. I haven’t even used the mopping feature because I have to buy something else for it to work. Seems stupid for that to be the customer experience they want you to have. Update: I’ve had this now for several months. I wouldn’t recommend it. Even on max, it doesn’t vacuum as well as my old Roborock from 2022 which died and is unrepairable. I have to do two vac sessions and it still leaves some debris. It also gets dirty under the robot a lot faster. The brush that spins gets misshaped easily and so not all brushes touch the floor. Again, Roborock stayed intact. I still hate the bags but maybe there’s a benefit I haven’t determined yet. The app needs improvement. It’s not intuitive and there is a delay in it confirming you’ve paused or restarted. The roborock app was better. Regarding washing the floors. It’s certainly better the another newer Roborock (terrible and priced at around $300) I tried briefly that just had the pad it pushed around. The pads on the Dream spin. It’s works pretty well. However it doesn’t get close enough to area rug edges so ultimately you have to wash your floors anyway. I also recently noticed that after washing my entire house, a minimum of water was used so now I have to troubleshoot that. If working correctly, at least you can wash the floors more often if you have pets or kids. If I were able to return it, I would, and try to find another one that vacuums more reliably. Sometimes the robot just rolls around not washing or vacuuming. Like it’s just going for a stroll in the middle of a cleaning session. Another update: the app really needs improvement. It’s a bit slow. I have to run the vac a lot to stay on top of the pet hair. And it usually takes all day to vac the house with recharging. Sometimes I have it vac 2x and that does a good job. Washing the floors at the same time you vac saves time but is a battery hog. 3 stars because I’m still hopeful.

Dreame L40s Ultra CE has completely replaced manual vacuuming in my home. It creates a full laser map of your house the first time you set it up, without bumping around or needing to physically travel through every room. It quickly learns the entire floor plan and allows you to fully customize how everything is cleaned. The customization is excellent. You can select specific rooms and set each one to vacuum, mop, or both, along with adjusting suction strength, mop intensity, and water level. The “room mode” feature makes it very easy to control exactly how each space is cleaned. It’s also extremely smart around rugs and carpet. When it transitions onto carpeted areas, it automatically lifts the mop pads so nothing gets wet, then continues cleaning seamlessly on hard floors. At this point, all of these features might sound complicated, but the app is actually very user-friendly. When you first start using it, you can simply press a button to clean and it will handle everything for you, you don’t need to understand any of the settings right away. You can learn and customize things later, but out of the box it still just works. The self-cleaning dock is another standout feature.. it washes and dries the mop pads automatically, and you can fully customize the cycle. It can do my whole house for a few days before I have to refill the clean water and empty the dirty water and I’m talking about a big 4 bedroom house that’s all one level of tile and a few random rugs. Navigation is far superior to cheaper models I’ve owned. It never bumps into walls and moves through the house in a very controlled, efficient way. I haven’t manually vacuumed or mopped since getting it, and my home is consistently cleaner than when I did it myself. Even full price it’s worth it. When it comes to robot mop/vacs, you DO get what you pay for absolutely.

There are some common issues to be aware of. First? It does not ever tell you if the vacuum can't empty, it just keeps filling and filling until it cant anymore and stops suctioning, then essentially makes a muddy mop mess everywhere. Ours the door was stuck so it was not emptying it tried but nothing was coming out. I did not realize until floors started having stuff built up everywbere and mop had muddled everything. The support is useless I had to use chat gpt to figure out the issue. The app is not super user friendly it is more focused on selling you junk. However, once troubleshooting was done it works pretty good. It doesn't suck anything remotely large (like 3mm or larger) just drags it around and ends up front front of the ramp. But it is quiet, does clean and mop way better than I expected. The reservoir is large and lasts 3-4 cycles which is nice.

this robot vacuum works quite well, I was able to map all 3 floors of my house, and I just move it up the stairs to the desired floor and it can vacuum the whole floor on one charge. the vacuum and mopping functionality works well. I'll probably have a cat in the future, so we'll see how well it holds up to pet hair. only complaint is that it gets confused by dark carpets, since the sensors think they are a cliff and gets confused. I had to cover the sensors with tape, but now it has no ability to detect stairs, so I have to use no-go zones to prevent it from falling down stairs. It did take a tumble once, but the robot suffered no damage. so I guess it is at least durable.

Tengo ya 3 meses usándola y si haces el mantenimiento correspondiente siempre hace la limpieza como desde el inicio Muy buena compra: tengo mascotas un perro grande y mucha entrada de polvo y deja el piso en muy buen estado

Tal y como lo mencionan compradores recientes... el producto esta buenisimo en calidad, resultado de limpieza (en verdad es un gran WOW!! la amo, tengo dos gatos y mi cabello es largo y es una chulada que todo esta impecable y sin enrredos) La historia de terror comienza con el mensaje de "La region actual no coinside con el modelo" que aparece en la app. Cuando llego y la instalamos por primera vez no batallamos NADA hoy siendo el día 3 con nosotros aparecio ese mensaje en la pantalla, no dejaba ver el mapa que ya había trazado y el recorrido que seguia la aspiradora por donde ya habia pasado. Hicimos todos los "trucos" de desintalar y volver a instalar, reiniciar todo de fabrica, nos creamos una nueva cuenta, etcetcetc y NADA CAMBIO. Lamentablemente al reiniciarla de fabrica se perdio la configuracion automatica que ya habiamos programado, talvez si no hubieramos hecho eso hubiera seguido trabajando aunque no pudieramos seguir usando la app, pero pues ya que la reiniciamos no nos deja siquiera volver a iniciarla. Estamos muy agobiados y esperamos puedan ayudarnos a resolverlo. Estamos en la CDMX

El producto funciona a medias, al principio es fácil configurarlo y después sale un mensaje de error en la aplicación que dice que la región no es la correcta ni reiniciando el equipo y eliminando la cuenta y volviendo a crear se quita el error. Hablé a soporte de dreame pero son muy lentos en el teléfono no contestan en WhatsApp es un robot por correo mencionan la solicitud escalado con el proveedor ya te piden comprobante y compra o factura para que te puedan atender

No lo compren, no funciona para Mexico, el producto es bueno , pero su aplicacion no es para la region y al momento de re3goistralo, te lo bloquea, provee muchas soluciones de configuracion de la app y no funciono , incluso con VPN, lastima porque es buen producto pero sin funciones basicas de app en Mexico.

La aplicacion no funciona en Mexico y tampoco tienen soporte al cliente no recomiendo el producto. Su supuesto servicio al cliente es un bot que no puede resolver nada, ahorren su dinero comprando esta porqueria China, saludos.
