Drink it cold
The taste is palatable. Seems to be helping my digestion. I mix it with juice and drink it with ice. I have no idea if it's helping my blood pressure or anything, but it seems to do wonders for my stomach.

Very tasty mixed into a drink and very good ingrediants.
My wife and I have been using this brand in our drinks and energy drinks for a long time and have reordered it several times. I think it adds a good taste to drinks you use it in, dissolves easily, and it's basically just made of pure beets, with I believe are very good for our health.

Okay product, poor packaging.
It's a good product, but the packaging is horrible. 60 to 70 percent of the jar is empty. The scoop is a total of 3.5 inches and the jar is 6 inches tall. When purchased, there is about 4 inches of empty space, therefore you are reaching into the jar every time.

I don’t know how good this is for you, but the taste is so bad you can’t add anything to make it taste better. I tried so many things and nothing helped. And what is worse I somehow got a subscription and more arrived. By far the worst thing I ever got on Amazon and ended up with like 3 or 4 of them. I think I will end up just throwing them in the trash.
