I ordeed two cubes, one turned out FABULOUS! The other the photo just didn’t pop like I had hoped. This company has been WONDERFUL to work with. They are remaking the 2nd one and have been so responsive and super about creating a new cube! I would highly recommend them!

I was a bit skeptical about ordering but once I got it I was in awe. I made a customization for my boyfriend's late father and when I received it I shed a couple tears 😭 It came out sooo beautiful and clear! I def will be making more with this seller. * note the small is a little but bigger than a deck of cards. def get the medium if you want a bigger crystal

A gift for a friend and she absolutely loves it. The image is clear, even though a lot of distracting background clutter had to be removed by the company. I really like how the space is maximized so the dog fills the crystal (I sent a zoomed-in photo). The picture I took of the final product doesn’t do it justice—it looks even better in person. Great quality, with a nice weight and sturdy feel. I recommend.

Really nicely done. The work is flawless and Crystal clear. I did order the smaller one. I was worried that the smaller one would not have the details of a larger one but was very much surprised by how it looks. Great quality, I definitely recommend this product.

I thought there would be color but there is none. That being said, the picture appears to be 2D and it is very detailed. I got the lighted stand (which I highly recommend) and it brings those details to life. It should be stated in the description though that there will be no color.

I purchased a crystal with a photo of our deceased daughter as a gift for my wife. When it arrived I was disappointed because her eyes appeared distorted due to glare on her glasses. I contacted the sellers to share my concern and they were incredibly apologetic and compassionate. They asked for a different photo and promptly created a replacement crystal at no cost. The new crystal is absolutely beautiful and I know my wife will cherish it! Thank you for your kindness and exceptional service during such a meaningful purchase.

I have purchased 3 so far. The first one was cropped too far without anyone letting me know, but they took responsibility and gave a full refund right away. I decided to try again with a double face portrait memoriam this time, and it turned out beautiful and perfect. It was a huge hit so I came back a third time for a family photo, and I read it would be 2D if it goes above the recommended amount of people which was fine. It looks great, got it right before Christmas, and I can't wait to give it as a Christmas gift today. I am very pleased by their customer service, will definitely be a returning customer, and will definitely recommend them 👍. Just be sure to read the recommendations and descriptions before ordering, but if it is a 1 or 2 person close up face portrait you will be blown away by how beautiful it is ( don't forget you can have writing added, which is a perfect personal touch). I'm grateful to have found the perfect gift 😊
