Great system for home automation.
Have many insteon devices installed and are working well, only problem with this is when part of several scenes a second On signal actually turns this off!

Great Product But Poor Support in the UK
I bought an Insteon Hub from the USA after checking with Insteon that it was good for 240V supplies. I was unable to pair the device because the hub would not initialise with the Insteon servers. All Insteon would say was it was probably due to a faulty hub. I purchased a second hub and found the same problem. Again Insteon insisted it was not a problem with their servers. Until the hub can initialise you can do nothing with the individual devices nor the App. After a few weeks I gave up but left the hub connected so it would continue to call Insteon. As if by magic one day the light had turned green which meant it had contact with the Insteon servers. Clearly Insteon had fixed something because the replacement when plugged in was also able to initialise. I was then able to pair the dimmer switch and be able to remote control a power socket or light. Just have a spare hub now thanks to Insteon.

incompatible with everything
This dimmer is able to power mains voltage LED bulbs but the only compatible controller for it is the UK version of the insteon smarthub which is (1) incompatible with at least some of the insteon remotes you can buy for it (2) glacially slow to operate from the computer, tablet or smartphone (it takes almost a minute just to turn the freaking lights on) and (3) not compatible with google home or amazon alexa. So if you had ambitions of voice controlling your lights, forget it. The problem is that Insteon saw fit to make the UK version of this dimmer plug work on a nonstandard frequency and then abandoned development of the only controller that supports it. So you are wasting your money buying any Insteon gear for use in the UK.
