I love these I buy 5 diff kinds..... this one Hair and Nails, ashwaganda, B3, One A day.... Im 55 and they help me by feeling less joint pain, my skin and nails are shiny, healthy and I have a glow.... I have energy and Im in a good mood more days than not. I dont know what they did to make them taste as good as they do, but they are wonderful. I hope to try some others like the estrogen (in menopause stages) and maybe the probiotic. My mom tried that one and she said it cleaned her out first few days, so it must work well. Please get theses and try them.
