I got a larger one, my waist is 40, and it fits perfectly. The whole belt is wider than most back braces. It is snug to the hips and holds my back from pulling out of alignment again. I've been wearing it faithfully since I received it two weeks ago. This one is much better and any others I've had over the years. (I've dealt with a military back injury for 40 years) The belt gives extra support and is still very comfortable to wear for long periods, for me over 8 hours at a time. Ultimately adjustable to fit different waist sizes around 40-44 inches.

Finally! A back brace of superior design and multi-level support. This brace covers a large area of the body, yet is not bulky to wear. The "simplicity of the velcro waistband", supports one's stomach and can be applied by the wearer without any additional help from someone else. And if that was not enough, this brace also has two additional velcro straps which maximizes back support while giving you the feeling of a therapeutic hug. Best back brace I have ever tried. The back braces I have tried in the past from other companies have always left me with the feeling that the person who designed those back braces certainly did not use them.

Fits perfect, and this helps my Back so much. I been though 10 back surgeries 7 were fusions. This helps me so much. The brace also is lightweight and fits comfortably. Should of bought 2 and I should of bought a long time ago.Thank uDavid Shepherd

Copperfit is the best product I can use to help with the support and comfort I need so I don’t pull my back out. I love this new Belt with the lumbar addition. It feels great. As soon as I put this on it’s like magic, almost like getting a bear hug from your favorite nephew, you never want that feeling to end.

I’m a little mixed on this back brace. On one hand, it does provide decent support and can definitely help your back; especially if you're someone who spends a lot of time standing.However, when I wear it, it often feels a bit constricting, even when I’m not tightening it too much. I try to keep it comfortably snug, but the fit seems inconsistent depending on whether I’m standing or sitting.I work in healthcare and have to constantly move between sitting and standing. That’s where I ran into issues. If I adjust the brace while standing, it feels way too tight when I sit down. If I adjust it while sitting, it feels loose and ineffective when I stand up.So, in my opinion, this brace could work great for someone who stays on their feet for long periods. But if your job (like mine) involves a lot of back-and-forth movement, it may not offer the flexibility you need.I don’t hate the product; it’s not a total miss. It just didn’t meet my expectations for how I hoped it would work in a more dynamic setting.

This back brace is comfortable to wear all day. It provides great support and the adjustable stays add to the strong support feeling. This is the best brace I have ever worn.

Short intro - as a mid-50's guy I of course managed to throw out my back helping our contractor lift a bathtub up the stairs. The Wife bought me one of these, against my wishes as I'm a great strong heroic lion of a man and don't need old-man gimmicks like this.I was very, very wrong. This thing is fantastic. It fits comfortably and securely, and I immediately, within a few minutes, felt all that back paid to be significantly reduced. Reduced to the point of being able to bend down and pick things up without worrying about getting frozen there - other than some mild twinges now and then I'm back to full function.The brace is well made and comfortable to the point where I went to sleep in it one night. I've been happy to keep it on daily just to not worrying about having full mobility and support, and in particular so that I won't get frozen in my desk chair as I sink slowly down until my eyes are level with my keyboard.In terms of fit, I'm 5'9" and 170lbs, 30" waist (28" at Old Navy). The "Small" size fits me very well though I'm at the lower bound of fit; if I was a bit thinner or lighter I'd need to see if there was a still-smaller option. You could probably fit in the Small size if you are up to around 185-ish lbs - I'd err on the smaller size as it's elastic and designed to be tightened snug. Plus it kind of looks cool and futuristic.The way I think about my highest recommendation is that if for some reason this thing was lost or damaged I'd immediately buy another of the exact same type the same day.
