Good for dirt, does not keep mattress dry like described
When we got this product, it seemed like the covers are made to order, and we were happy ours (even though they were in unlabeled wrapping) were the correct size. They seem a little flimsy and thin, but we were happy they fit perfectly on our RV bunk mattresses. We got them because they are advertised as being waterproof. Any mattress pad can keep dirt out, but we were concerned with keeping the mattresses dry because it seems like every other week our older RV gets a tiny leak through the windows. The outer fabric of these mattress protectors feel soft like a linen but the inside has a sort of plastic-y feel, so I thought, "great, it is waterproof!" Well, our window leaked a little bit and the water seeped through these mattress protectors onto the mattress. So, overall we are disappointed, because: 1. they are way overpriced for a thin mattress protector, and 2. they are advertised as being waterproof, which seems dishonest.If you are just looking for basic mattress protection, these will work for you, but if there is any chance your mattress will get wet, choose a different protector.
