Easy to use, thick enough to protect mattress while in storage, only criticism was not fastener on open end to stop any debris from getting inside.

I haven’t used it yet I’ve only just took it out to look looks strong enough so I hope it does the job for moving house to keep the mattress protected as it’s quite new it’s such a good idea to keep it clean. And I took the size bigger to make sure it fits

I had already ordered a double mattress protector which arrived and was just fine. I also had a King size mattress to protect so ordered a protector from the same company. It arrived on time, but I made the mistake of leaving it in it's packaging until the day before moving. A big mistake. When I opened it, it had clearly been used as there was hair and dirt all over the product. Absolutely disgusting. If I had had the time I would have returned it but I was in the idle of a house move so it was the last thing on my mind. Buyer beware with this company.
