The adhesive backing is not strong, tends to peel at corners, therefore it doesn’t support my knees as past products have.

I found this kinesiology tape really easy to use. I fumbled with it because that's what I do, and it got crinkled up after I peeled off the backing. I thought I'd have to throw that piece out, but I was able to easily get it unstuck to itself and use it. It stuck to my skin really well. I peeled it off later so I could try a different configuration, and while I wouldn't want to hurriedly rip it off, I was able to slowly remove it from my skin without a lot of trouble.

My fiancé uses kinesiology tape on his back and I have recently started using it on my wrist for additional support. This tape works perfectly. It is soft and flexible but offers enough support that it is effective for our needs. I love that it comes in a variety of colors! Adds a bit of fun to be able to pick your color.
