The Vegan Knife Gluten Free & Vegan Cupcake and Cake Mix Chocolate Flavor

I am not Vegan or GF, but we have loved ones who are. I got this as an option for our family and friends for my son's 1st Birthday Party. I used coconut milk and coconut oil. It was decadent! We used Miss Jones Organic Cream Cheese frosting (also V/GF) and it was a hit! It was enjoyed by all.

These cupcakes turned out amazing! They were so easy to make with the mix. You wouldn't even know they are vegan-turned out moist and fluffy. By far the best vegan baked goods I have ever had. These allow you to stick to your dietary restrictions and not miss out on a delicious treat! I highly recommend these and will definitely be buying these again. Kudos to The Vegan Knife for nailing this cupcake mix!

hi - as a cake lover with a serious gluten allergy, I appreciate that this product is on the market. Also, loved the company story on the packaging.5 stars for flavor BUT -- please be careful about your pan selection. I think this mix only works for cupcakes or a small round pan. I used a small dome cake - and it never properly baked and fell apart (so the reviews here that mention the bake being crumbly, yes that was my experience too). I could not serve this cake, so I spent $1.25 on a duncan hines mix, made it vegan for my family, and didn't eat any.I won't buy this again, it is expensive. But overall - it was delicious, and I ate it myself over some days.

Tasted excellent, spread easily, and was what we needed for the gluten-intolerant child and bonus - it's vegan!

Weird undertaste, crumbly texture, dry. Not good. I’m sorry but for this price they should be good.

I made this for a friend who has pretty severe food allergies. We took this to a party at a bar. It was so good that every one who worked there and other bar patrons were eating it. They had no clue it was a vegan, gluten free cake! It was easy to bake and mixed well. I was very pleased.

Bought these for my daughter who is vegan. She was excited so I didn't mind the "pricey" side of it. Unfortunately, she said they were not worth buying. Even by adding icing they weren't good.
