Nice packaging but lacking details
The packaging for this product is undeniably impressive, suggesting a high-quality offering. However, the included product information sheet seems to be a mismatch, detailing a different product than the one listed on the website. This discrepancy, coupled with the absence of an ingredients list on the bottle itself, has created significant uncertainty. While the ingredients listed online, including Bacopa monnieri, are promising, I'm unable to confirm their presence or dosage in the capsules. This information is crucial for me to make an informed decision about using the product.Given the premium nature of the product and its potential value, I'm disappointed by this oversight. A clear and accurate ingredients list is essential for consumers to make informed choices about their health supplements. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this product.

mental health supplement
This is a review of 'Haelf Mental Booster (30 Days) – 100% Natural Ingredients – Plant-Based Solution with Vitamins, Minerals, Korean Ginseng and Ginkgo Biloba – Specially Developed and Coordinated Formula'.This is a supplement designed to improve mental health. It contains adaptogens like ginseng and ginkgo biloba and a variety of minerals and vitamins. The capsules are average size and easy to swallow. They don't have any type of aftertaste. I can't make any medical claims about this as it's not allowed in reviews but I feel these may have positively improved my mood and stress tolerance. The effects will vary between individuals anyway so it's something you'd have to try yourself.

Good range of ingredients
This supplement contains a range of ingredients that are generally accepted to have positive effects - They are easy to swallow, have no aftertaste and no side effects such as upset stomach etc. Time will tell how effective they actually are but at the moment my opinion is a positive one.

Good, but had issues
I was keen to try these supplements after hearing so many positive things about them online and from friends who had tried them. I was seriously impressed with the quality of the packaging, and the care that had gone into the design and branding, it makes it feel luxury. However, I do think that there was a little too much packaging, and the box could definitely be smaller and more eco friendly, but it was great to look at and felt very premium. I’ve been taking the supplements for almost a month, and although it’s hard to isolate if they are working or not due to lots of other factors, I have definitely felt an uplift in my mood. I take one every morning, and as it has so many good vitamins inside, one can only hope it is making a positive difference.Regarding the ingredients though, it doesn’t list everything in them which would be a slight worry. Also you get 30 capsules inside, yet the recommended dosage is 2 a day, therefore you would need to purchase 2 bottles for a months supply, which at the current listing price, it would be very expensive. This is a hard one to recommend fully due to a few factors, I have felt better for taking them, but there a few issues which will be important to some people that definitely need to be considered.

No thanks
The media could not be loaded. I wanted to like this item, as I liked the sound of it. I was clearly dazzled by the marketing and words like: Korean Ginseng, Ginkgo Biloba, "specially developed" and "coordinated formula". But sadly, I should never have swiped right.I’m not a fan of this product and here are some reasons why:1. It is over-packaged. Why the huge box? It looks nice and is certainly well branded and clear to read but this screams "style over substance". The packaging is unnecessary and a waste.2. They don't tell you all the ingredients in the listing, and when the item arrives the ingredients are included on a separate piece of paper. The ingredients are not mentioned on the bottle's label.3. The ingredients annoy me!Bulking agents: A good quality vitamin (or vitamin mix) should never need a bulking agent so when I opened this packet and read bulking agents are used that was it for me. No thanks! They use Microcrystalline Cellulose which is a refined wood pulp and is used as a texturiser. Can someone tell me why a capsule needs texture? It is also used as an anti-caking agent, a fat substitute, an emulsifier, and an extender. Gross. If you have a moment, check out what they use to make the capsule shells!4. Price. At the time of reviewing this item, it was £35 for 30 tablets. In the scheme of things, 86 pence per tablet for your health and well-being is a fair price. However, the instructions are unclear because on the bottle it says one tablet per day, and on the instructions/listing it says two tablets per day. If you take two per day, you’re looking at £70 per month to consume wood pulp. This is not value for money. If I had seen the ingredients prior, I would not have committed.

Great idea but the packaging and ingredients are unclear
When I ordered the Haelf Mental Booster capsules, the description seemed promising, and when they arrived the packaging really gives the impression of a high quality, expensive product. Unfortunately the bottle does not list the ingredients, the ingredient list inside the box does not match the Amazon listing info, the listing states two capsules a day and the bottle is for one capsule a day... It's hard to know what you're taking and whether any care has been put into the ingredients, but easy to imagine that more effort has been put into marketing than efficacy. With that said, I've been taking these daily and I feel like alongside other supplements, they're contributing to help my concentration writing for long stretches at work. Unfortunately I can only go by feeling, and this could as easily be placebo as real impact. For now, I'd steer clear until the packaging and instructions match the Amazon listing.
