Light came securely packed, works as advertised, unfortunately there was no instructions with the light. If this was my first purchase of LED lighting, I would be dead in the water, IT was my first COB lighting . For the price you can't beat the full spectrum. I used it to replace two year old glaxyh/reolanders 300watts excuse spelling. It shines brighter than my 600 watt valspectre reflection . If it wasn't for the no instructions it would rate a 5.

Not an USA plug
Product performance I would rate a 5.very bright Cob. Product itself I would say a 2.5. Only because the plug is an Austrian plug and DOESN'T fit to ANY USA sockets. I had to purchase a separate converter from Walmart for an additional 10$usa. Also NO instructions.

Wonderful mix or led and cob, love the dimmable feature in the leds. It was hard to find a led and cob mix light that was dimmable for a good price and I’m very happy with my purchase

Overpriced! Don't buy!
This is stupid over priced! Don't buy. You could get a way better light for the money like an electric sky. I have seen this same model for 260$ before. Don't buy!
