I was looking for an in-shower option to prevent slips or falls. I wanted it to cover most of the shower floor rather than a small patch that forced you to stay in a small spot. I really wanted to stay away from suction cup bottoms or woven mesh that would encourage mold or mildew. This mat is perfect. Natural material. Easy to roll up and move to let it dry. The size I purchased covers virtually the entire shower floor. I will admit it took me a shower to get accustomed to the under foot feel after using a cushy mat previously, but I wouldn’t go back. It feels much cleaner. Very happy.

After a few days, even thoroughly rinsing it daily, the bottom of it became EXTREMELY SLIPPERY. It makes it seem like you can use this inside and out of the shower or tub and that’s just not the case at all. Everything also started getting stuck to it and then it wouldn’t let the shower drain properly. Huge waste of money

Transforming my snug stall shower into a haven of style was a breeze with this bamboo mat. Instead of settling for a mundane white pan, this mat infuse charm and character into my space.This mat is eco-friendly and crafted in a lovely rectangle style. You could use these in or out of the shower. We placed these in the shower and it works great. The design lets proper flow of water and air preventing any fungus build-up. We also periodically sun dry the mat to make sure that it stays hygenic. There are anti slip pads to preventing slippage while in use.The bamboo provides spa sort of feeling to your feet and overall warmth to my bathroom which is unmatched, seamlessly blending with the natural elements indoors. We also paired the mat with a bamboo soap dispenser for the sink, achieving a harmonious balance throughout. It's remarkable how such a simple addition can elevate the entire vibe, giving my bathroom a lavish spa-like aura without breaking the bank.

3-26 & 7-2-244 stars The product itself seems to be well made and has endured all the different areas I've placed it over the last few months. It's made of small solid bamboo tiles that are connected together with a thick fishing line, and the back has pieces of EVA foam to protect your flooring but not as non-slip as I would prefer on smooth surfaces. I initially used it as a bath mat when exiting the shower. I was okay with it and liked how it felt on my feet, although my husband disagreed. Water just drips straight through it and onto the floor so if you don't have a towel or something down expect your flooring to stay wet for a little bit. I then moved it to my side of the bed which I did like unfortunately it bunches up and moves around on wall to wall carpeting definitely needs to be on solid surface flooring. Next I tried it to step out on two when getting out of the swimming pool that was pretty nice and much cooler than the concrete cool deck in the Phoenix Arizona Sun. I decided that wasn't the best place for it since we were not diligent at picking it up and placing it in the shade and did not feel that the plastic fishing line would you endure the heat. Finally I placed it as an area rug on my covered patio. It's perfect and brings some warmth and beauty to my space. Something to know is the small bamboo squares on the opposite diagonal corners tin to flip up when stubbed by a toe or shoe is drug over, them they push back down, but could be a trip hazard. Other than the issue I mentioned above I've been pleased with it. Hopefully my written and photo reviews are helpful, thank you!

I ABSOLUTELY ADORE this bamboo mat! Exquisite quality, large size that spans my double bathroom vanity, and quality workmanship! Stunning to look at - I have had tons of compliments because I show everyone!It comes rolled up as my picture shows and all you have to do is unroll it. So many uses for this mat - it would work anywhere in your home. There is backing fabric in a pattern on the backside - and it does NOT slip. I have it on my tile floor and it stays perfectly. Amazingly sturdy yet lightweight enough for you to easily move for cleaning under it, etc.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My new favorite item - can't imagine what I did without it!

Not 100% bamboo, has plastic strings all through. Has some sort of smelly finish on it that feels wierd and doesn't wash off. Not that large. The reviews on here are not describing this well.
