Great quality at a great price. This kit is perfect for the person that is looking for home exercises but also a great addition to any workout bag. Having the 5 different resistance bands makes it perfect for teaching our work group fitness class. The bands are excellent for all kinds of glute exercises as well as shoulder exercises like spider crawls (see picture). I love the quality of the sliders, I had been using furniture sliders to do a variety of exercises but they cracked real easy and had to be replaced often. I definitely recommend this set!

Ordered this as a stocking stuffer for my son, it's a clever concept that leaves no excuse for not working out. You can literally take this thing anywhere its so compact. Christmas morning we all gave it try, the bands provide a good amount of resistance and the sliders work on multiple surfaces, carpet seemed to work best. The quality exceed my expectations and the customer service/communication from the seller seems on point. I'd recommend this product to anyone looking for themselves or as a gift for someone else. Excellent product! The bands are really durable and the resistance levels are perfect! I’ve had these for about a month now and I use them several times a week. They have maintained their elasticity and are completely in tact. I’ve purchased other resistance bands that have developed rips shortly after using them. These have held up very well! The jump rope is great quality and was definitely an added bonus in this package. I love that the sliders are double sided so I can use them both on the carpet or the tile floor. The price is exceptional for everything that you’re getting. Great deal! Love the product!

I really like the band options, so you can graduate up as your strength increases. I am using it towards the end of convalescing with doctor's release to exercise again. The only caution is the sliders, although they are good for core strength, use caution on what type of floor you use them on.

Band broke after 2 days of use. The jump rope is impossible to cut to adjust to your height. The bands lose their resistance very quickly. They roll up.

Not impressed at all!! They roll over/hurts to do workouts while they’re rolled. Cut your circulation. Not impressed. But then again they’re rubber ..... I ended up buying “fabric bands”

The equipment works great and is easy to use! I love the guide that comes with it with workouts!

I really like the capabilities if goin through the different resists strengths with the bands but now that I’ve had them give or take a year they are starting to split and tear. I’d love to give them 5 stars but I expected them to last longer before giving up. I do use them multiple times a week I don’t leave them anywhere they are goin to be in the sun or get damaged. I’m afraid the next time I go to use the band with the tear it’s going to snap on me.
