I like this one
Great on skin. Very nice smell. I like it for hair, but only the ends. My hair gets too oily if i appy to roots, but now that it's winter, possibly I'll try it out.

High quality
I really like using this oil on my skin. It takes a couple minutes to fully absorb, and it leaves my skin so incredibly soft. It doesn't make my skin look oily, and it gives it a slight glow. This seems like a very high quality black currant seed oil. I love that the dropper has the measurements marked so I can know exactly how much I'm using at a time. It's especially helpful when I'm adding this oil to beauty products. I don't like the scent but it's light and easy to cover up with other essential oils. Overall I'm very happy with this oil and how it affects my skin.

Smells weird but my hair is less dry
I bought this to put on the ends of my hair to help with split ends which I think it is helping a lot. I like the product but the smell is odd...not terrible but definitely not great.

Excellent quality and work well for massages
I use this as a massage oil and it works very well. The smell is very light and rubs into the skin smoothly. Very happy with this product and would continue to get it once I run out.

Nice addition to my skin care routine-- Do not apply directly on skin!
I received the black currant seed oil factory sealed in a glass bottle with a dropper. I got this for what it's advertized to do-- moisturize my skin (not so much my hair). My plan was to mix it with some of my lotions, which I'm glad was my plan since the label literally says "Do not apply directly to skin or hair." So that's important to note since some may want to do this. Instead you might need to mix it with a carrier oil (avocado, jojoba, coconut, etc) or mix it with lotions or creams like I plan to do.Overall, it's nice mixed in with my lotions. I can't say for sure if it's helping with moisturizing since it's mixed in my lotion that is already moisturizing. I'm hoping it helps since I read many good things about black currant seed oil. For skin care enthusiasts it's worth a shot!

Very reasonably priced
Since I've worked with many different kinds of essential and carrier oils over the years, I was very curious about black currant seed oil. I wondered whether it might have a fruity scent to it, but it does not. I suppose that's because it's from the seed and not the fruit. It has a scent that is kind of earthy, but not overly strong. I don't really know whether it is steam distilled or not, I really hope it is. It is certainly very reasonably priced. Black currant seed oil is used as a supplement, as well as externally for skin care, but your skin is the largest organ on your body that absorbs things, so you can get a lot of the benefits you would get from taking it internally by applying it externally, say mixed into a massage oil. Besides being good for hair and skin, it's also supposed to be good for those going through menopause, so I'm very curious to do some experimenting with that.
