This is a very nice griddle for my outdoor gas 3 burner flat top. Only problem was it warped when seasoning it. Temp may have been too high. I still heated it again and then used weights to reshape it flatter. It didn't help...but once heated to cook again, this item did get flatter.

Heavy duty steel 27lbs. Held up well when I used it over two portable propane burners. Cleaning afterwards was a bit tough but worth it. Just need metal scraper, sturdy brush and that white cleaning liquid for stainless steel pots.

Highly. Disappointed.After hours of research and learning, was highly disappointed in the performance of this very solid feeling griddle.It fits my Weber Genesis (5 burner) PERFECTLY! I placed it on the grill and preheated on Medium-Low to 400*F before seasoning it with oil. Spent an hour seasoning it, temp never got above 500*F, and everything went well. Turned off the grill and cooled it down until ready to cook smash burgers later in the evening.Dinner time... again preheated the grill on Medium-Low. When the temp achieved 400*F, added bacon strips and closed the lid to keep heat in (it's winter here in the PNW) and the temp did not get to 450*F before the griddle warped. During the cooking cycle, it settled flat again but warped again when adding the ground beef.Sadly, this product did not perform well at all. Return process was very easy. Biggest problem now is finding a box to fit, as the one it was delivered in was heavily damaged and not reusable.

I love it, very well built can use it camping, and on my grill at home have had a pound of bacon and 9 eggs on it with room still left, cooked hash browns and burgers, pancakes. was looking at stand alone griddles, but that's all they would do. I bought this and a 2 burner fish fryer save 100.00 over the cheapest griddle and can use it to boil water to clean dishes, use the griddle on it, or use the 2 burners by themselves

I haven’t figured it out yet. I have a 5 burner gas stove and it still doesn’t heat evenly. It’s thick and sturdy.

Very durable however it is quite heavy. Handles make it easy to move

I like the size, fits on my camp chef ranger 3 burner stove. However as soon as I put it on the stove all 3 burners on low you could see the griddle bend and bow with the heat. I thought with the burners on low it wouldn’t bend quite so easily.
