Absolutely as expected. Really tiny pack size alongside the SuperLight weight makes it perfect to carry in a pocket if you want. Honestly it is so compact with the tree grips and everything fitting into the small pouch. If you are searching and worried about price, it's definitely worth it. I have had others but always a bit bulky and with heavy carabiners but DD have used Whoopie Suspension System, which are a genius creation. So rather than spending £20 or less on others it's definitely worth the extra investment to be able to set up in the park without carrying the extra bulk.

Folds up into a bag the size of your fist. Really doesn't look like it would be strong enough, but weighing in at a 15+ stone, it took my weight just great. And it's easy to use too. You don't have to be Yoda Grylls in order to use it.

Bought direct from their website in 2016. I've used this for 3 years on cycle trips through Italy and Spain, approximately 10 times and each time was avoiding a hotel so it has already paid for itself! No issues with quality whatsoever for me and no failures to report. It can be put up in about two minutes once you get used to identifying which width of trees you need and spacing. Biggest issues for me is the sacrifice in comfort compared to the classic model which my friend uses, which is considerably heavier. Also, you must pay attention not to allow the paper thin hammock to catch on thorns or brambles. I would imagine as a hammock its the worst model they sell, but you can literally carry this in your pocket at all times. I'm likely to upgrade to a heavier one.

Lasted for 5 trips (10 nights) before it tore. Very light weight and portable but the trade off is its fragile.

Fantastic! Incredibly strong, stable and comfortable. Slept in in comfortably for 3 nights in a row on a camping trip. Only downside is that the 'soft shackle caribiners' that attach the hammock to the tree strap are very small, slippery, and grey in colour; this means they are very easy to lose! Be careful with them or carry metal caribiners as a backup!

This is the third hammock I order from this company and all of them are great. This SuperLight one fits in the pocket of my jacket and is ideal for taking with me on a hike. The customer service from DD Hammocks is also fantastic.

Wow, die Hängematte lässt das Outdoorherz höher schlagen. Überpünktliche Lieferung und ordentlich verpackt. Die Hängematte gleich ausgepackt und im Garten (bei eine knappe Meter Schneehöhe) aufgespannt. Das Material greift sich sehr angenehm weich und warm an und wirkt hochwertig, obwohl das Material sehr dünn ist. Das aufspannen ist ein Kinderspiel und die Whoopie Slings sind einfach nur genial. Nicht ein mal 3 Minuten dauert der Aufbau. Man liegt sehr bequem darin und fallt im Wald, dank der schönen olivgrüne Farbe, auch nicht auf. Alles lässt sich super leicht wieder im Packsack verstauen, kein kompliziertes zusammenlegen, einfach zusammen nehmen und reinstopfen, fertig! Das Päckchen ist klein und wiegt tatsächlich nur 280 Gramm. Ich freue mich schon auf das passende Moskito Netz und das Tarp in der superleicht Ausführung. Da muss aber noch etwas gespart werden. Recht teuer sind die Produkte von DD schon.

３０Lのバックで徒歩で旅する為の道具として選択。蚊帳無しなので隙間に押し込める事ができるほど小さい。防虫対策は頭部のみのネットと防虫スプレー。基本はタープか軽量テントで地面の状態が悪い時のハンモック泊に使用。UL系のアイテム。車で行くなら蚊帳付きのしっかりしたものが快適だと思う。 軽いは正義、軽いは高い。

Ich liebe diese Hängematte! Sie ist sehr leicht und dennoch recht robust, trocknet fix, lässt sich schnell aufbauen und passt in jede Tasche. Die Knoten-Karabiner halten top (zum Karabiner oder schnöden Haken absolute Verbesserung) und sind wirklich ultraleicht. Hier muss man nur aufpassen, dass man sie nicht verliert! Ich schätze die langen Schnüre/Paracords - die man in Windeseile verkürzen/verlängern kann. Die Hängematte ist nicht ganz so bequem wie mein Vorgängermodell (scheint etwas kleiner) und hat leider nach gut einem 3/4 Jahr auch ein kleines Löchlein bekommen, das ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau! Ich hab sie immer dabei und mag sie nicht mehr missen- Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Sehr klein, sehr leicht, und trotzdem stabil. besonders gefällt mir, dass man sie mittels einer mir bisher völlig unbekannten Schnur-in-Schnur-Technik aufhängen kann. Damit ist die Länge stufenlos und kinderleicht nur durch das Ziehen an der Innenschnur einstellbar. Wie das Ganze dann arretiert und wieder gelöst wird, hängt irgendwie mit einer Art Schlingenprinzip in äußeren Schnur zusammen. Wie, ist mir schleierhaft. Jedenfalls: Es ist kinderleicht und hält - jedenfalls beim ersten Ausprobieren heute. Sowohl der Schnur-Karabiner als auch die Aufhängungsleinen funktionieren nach diesem Prinzip, dadurch ist alles SEHR leicht und klein. Bin beeindruckt.
