Great item for the Rubicon X - fits perfectly and is sturdy. Like others I found the magnet not strong enough but I replaced it with another and it's perfect.

Love the holder, but the collar/nut that holds the phone part to the arm cracked and now it does not tighten and phone just flops down. They need to make a better way to connect the ball thing to the phone mount. It kept coming loose and I guess either it was a defective part or tightened too many times.

Great at first but kept losing tension to hold the phone. Ended up breaking in two and fell apart where the horizontal piece meets the ball mount on the dash. You will like it for a week and hate it when you try to tighten it. Stay far far away from this one. Complete junk. REVISED REVIEW - vendor reached out immediately and sent an updated model which seems to be working well.

Decent for the price. Gift for my husband. we installed on the passenger side as driver side kinda in the way. He really just wanted some place to keep the phone as in the electrics there is even less useable storgage space and he (and I) both hate the spot in between the cup holders. We dont off-road but seems sturdy enough. I would not by again though only bc i didnt read throughly enough and you need to install the magnet plate on your phone even if phone has a magnet - the mount magnet is a joke - i happened to have a spare that is strong so I replaced that part but if i didnt have a spare i likely would have returned this

Works as it should … pretty solid

I bought two of these for a 2025 wrangler and liked it for about 6 weeks before noticing that they both broke at the ball joint ends. They cracked and cause the mounts to move around which defeats the purpose. Of course they broke after the return window but you get what you pay for. I’ll be upgrading to another brand.
