USAG 646/5LV Long Cantilever Tool Boxes, Five compartments (Empty)

You know when the thing you hoped it would be, is? Well this red toolbox was a gift to myself. It is beautiful to look at and so well made. Scarlett racing red fantastic paint job. If it isn't powder coating it's damn close or good as: looks like it was dipped in the paint. Will last for ages and any chips will just add characters scars at it develops it's patina. Growing up my brother always had a metal tool box, Hammerite blue. The gauge of the metal is as good as with a good balance, maintaining quality while not over engineering and adding unnecessary weight.Though I looked, and was tempted, by the bomb case plastic option ones, I just couldn't bring myself to spend that much on what is essentially a plastic box ..plastic always breaks... eventually... it is not metal...even if it is quashed into a mould by the millions and dyed to look beefy, it's not.The first one that was dispatched had a factory flaw and the item was replaced immediately within days. Replacement was perfect. All I had to do was get the other one back free of charge. Slight hassle but hey things happen and I'm quite willing to do this if the company says ai sorry man here we will send you a new one no problem. Reflects on the 'quality' of the item for me, how willing the company is to back itself up in it's after service of the product. Very slick. Impressed. Highly recommended.
