This camera is really solid. The pictures look super clear (up to 40MP) and the videos record in 1440p with sound, which is better than most I’ve tried. The no-glow flash is nice because it doesn’t spook animals, and the range is pretty far — about 100 feet. What makes it stand out is the LTE connection. Once it’s set up, photos and videos go straight to the Moultrie app on your phone. You can change settings, check previews, and even organize your shots without pulling the camera down. It also includes 3 months of OnX Hunt Elite with activation, which is a cool bonus. For power, you’ll need either 16 AA batteries or one of their rechargeable/solar packs (sold separately). If you plan on using it a lot, the solar option will save you money in the long run. Just keep in mind a subscription is required for the cellular service. Overall, it’s easy to set up, works as promised, and gives you the kind of detail you’d expect from a higher-end trail cam.

Works great. Get good reception with multi carrier. The pixels are not very clear in the pictures or videos if you try to zoom in on them. It is a reliable camera and worth the money. Battery life is better if you use the 6700mAH rechargeable battery. Very easy to set up, just scan the QR code and within a few steps your done.

I bought 2 of the Moultirie Mobile Edge 2 Pro cameras to replace much older Moultrie Mobile cellular cameras and installed Energizer AA Lithium batteries. The pics are much crisper and cleaner. About a week later, I purchased 2 of the 3100 mAh battery packs, and 2 of the 6700 mAh battery packs to compare with the Energizer AA Lithium batteries. Over a month later, the Energizer AA Lithium batteries still show 100%, but the 6700 mAh battery pack shows 86%. I'm not sure if the battery pack did not get a complete charge, or not, but it showed 100% when I installed it, and both cameras have identical settings. With that being said, these cameras are impressive, and worth the money. I just ordered 2 more to replace more, older Moultrie mobile cellular cameras. The battery packs seem to hold a good charge as well, or good enough to last through Deer season. I highly recommend. Note: When I ordered the 3100 mAh battery packs, they did not come with charging cords, but both of the 6700 mAh battery packs did come with charging cords. Hope this helps!

I’ve used many trail cameras in my life. These have poor battery life and the sensors are very bad. In one month of use, I’ve witnessed first hand countless deer, other animals, vehicles, machinery, people travel past these cameras and no photos were taken even though all motion detection is on and sensitivity is at the highest setting. Battery life is 2-3 weeks without many photos taken. Not worth purchasing.

This trail camera is excellent! The picture quality is super clear during the day and night, and the detection range works really well. Setup was quick and easy, and I love how reliable it’s been out in the field. It captures both photos and videos perfectly, making it great for watching wildlife. Definitely worth it if you want a dependable trail camera!

Battery eater that takes amazing night shots without giving out location. I love the dark flash, I kept seeing deer stare straight into the soul of my other SPYPOINT cameras but to is one is literally invisible. The app works well and is well thought out, and sends notifications pretty quick after triggering. The live aim is awesome!!

The camera itself is very nice along with the connectivity. That said, the straps that go around tree are easily breakable, even when trying not to apply too much pressure.

Very impressed, so much i now have six.
