I love it!Assembly: The assembly is done by a single person, my self. Instructions are clear, the precision of where hooks and screws have to go are also precisely placed.Fabric: the fabric is similar to a jeans trousers, very durable, easily cleaned, and firm but comfortable feel.I bought this since my kids sometimes spend the night with me and this solved everything for me and it fits the apartment and color scheme PERFECTLY. I couldn't have wished for a better one that is reasonably priced like this one.Thank you!

Soft, comfortable and easy to assemble
The media could not be loaded. The cushions are very soft and the color was lighter than I was expecting but was a good thing because I was unsure of the dark almost black look in the product photos. The couch came in 4 boxes in which 3 came on a Friday and 1 arrived on the following Monday. Couch doesn’t feel as sturdy as one you’d buy from a furniture store but it was purchased for our upstairs loft that is not used very often. The pull out couch bed portion will be very handy during movie nights and as extra sleep space for visitors. It has storage under the chaise portion that is convenient for storing pillows and bedding.

Stiff and comfortable!
I love this couch! I had major issues finding a couch that wouldn’t sink in and this has solved all my problems!The pull out part is awesome because we love watching movies and now have a bed to do so!Also love the storage spot.Overall 10/10 recommend.Delivery process was quick and easy as well.Easy to install too

Solid couch
Couch was easy to set up, fabric is pet friendly and easy to remove pet hair. Couch is very firm and after a few weeks of use I am happy with this purchase.

Not comfortable
The bed part sits higher than other cushions. Not comfortable at all you can feel metal parts under you.

It's ok but
Don't get me wrong it's a nice comfortable couch. But there was a part broken on the love seat pull out section that caused two holes. Yes they're small holes but I'm concerned they will get bigger over time. The contact information for the company which Amazon gave me didn't work. So in order to get a the part exchanged Amazon wanted me to send back the whole couch. Get a refund then reorder again. I'm not physically able to lift them to place them back in the boxes. It was hard enough for me to remove them from the boxes. I hope no one else has the same issue.
