Perfect For Protecting a Mattress While Not in Use
This is great mattress protector for moving or storing a mattress. It's made of decent quality plastic and won’t easily puncture. We used it to store mattress we aren’t using but plan to in the future. I needed to tape down the top to seal it, but otherwise I feel like my mattress is sealed and protected from dirt, bugs, rodents, etc. while being stored in my garage. That’s a big relief. Overall, this mattress protector is a good buy for the price and would work well for anyone looking to protect their mattress for any reason while not in use.

Too thin
This is a pretty thin and lightweight bag that can't really stand up to any abuse. Even modest abuse will end up in rips or tears. It did manage to get my mattress through the move, but it ended up being a one-time use thing due to how fragile it was. Not recommended.

Perfect for moving!
Moved from NC to OR and used this to wrap our queen size mattress. Didn't have any issues with the bag and didn't have any issues with it on the move. Perfectly fit or mattress and I couldn't be happier!

It's a Mattress Bag
This is a pretty typical cheap plastic mattress bag. If you've seen one, you've seen them all. I haven't unpacked it entirely since I imagine it will be difficult to pack back down, but from what I can tell the material used is reasonably thick. I'm not sure it's really intended to be used more than once since it's so cheap, but nonetheless it should do the job.

Stop. This is not a vacuum mattress bag.
If you were looking for a vacuum mattress bag, stop, go back, and read it again. This is not what you’re looking for. This bag is in essence just a very large trash bag. It has no zip top and it has no vacuum valve so you can’t use it to compress a foam mattress. In other words, if all you want is a giant bag to go over the mattress so that it doesn’t get dirty on route, then this is your bag. Otherwise, if you’re looking to compress a foam mattress, go back and find one that actually does that.Even if this had a zipper seal and a vacuum valve, it still wouldn’t have the nylon straps that prevent the vacuumed and rolled mattress bag from unrolling or decompressing if it gets ripped or opened. That's OK from our perspective - I have extra straps we can use. But, as most people don’t have a set of extra nylon straps hanging around, that’s something this kind of deal really ought to include.As it is, this bag is pretty useless to me.

Mattress cover review

Cheap and cost effective
The bag fits with no issue, however there no seal like a ziplock, so you are required to use tape still.
