Full/Twin XL/Twin Mattress Bags for Moving, Waterproof Plastic Mattress Cover & Mattress Bag for Disposal

We are getting closer, and closer to the dreaded entire home remodel. It’s going to be crazy, but starting early is going to be our saving grace - and our nerves. Finding ways to make our remodel easier is simply the best. Having mattress covers is exactly what we needed for our bedroom move.Our mattress has difficult sizes since it is a split king mattress. We are always watching for ways to protect, and cover, our mattresses with correctly fitting sheets, mattress pads, and now covers for when they are being stored in a metal container while the hard work is being done at home. I didn’t even know that we could find mattress covers period. I was so happy. This cover is going to prevent bugs, dirt, water, and moisture from getting in touch with our mattresses.I am so happy that we are now going to be able to cover the twin portion of our bed with this fabulous mattress pads cover of our split king mattress. I’m super impressed with the quality, and strength of the co-extruded polyethylene material. We are so impressed with these covers that we immediately purchased the same covers for the rest of the bed pieces.The covers are 1.5 Mil thick, and as long as something sharp doesn’t come into contact with our mattress and it’s cover, we are golden. Apparently putting the mattress inside of the cover is super easy. We will lay out the cover, and then simply slide the mattress into the polyethylene cover. Then I will affix the opening with the tape included, which will allow us to then transfer the mattress into storage.This manufacturer has gone to great lengths to ensure that there is a size for each mattress, as best as possible. They have made allowances for deep mattresses, within reason, XL mattresses, and made sure that nothing goes in, except the mattress, and then nothing comes out of the bag, except our mattress. Very well priced, availability is wonderful, ease of use with the product looks very easy, and overall this is a great product.

I used this for a twin bed. The plastic is very thin, but it matches the thickness in the desciption. The closed end opposite the open end of the bag is "gathered" together, basically the sides of the bag don't go straight up and down. Other mattress bags I've used are shaped more like a rectangular sandwich bag and you're supposed to put the smaller size in horizontally and fold the extra over the mattress, which works nicely because it's a perfect rectangle shape. Or you put the larger size in vertically. This one isn't a very good fit for twin beds. There is a lot of plastic to fold over on both sides, and not a lot of plastic left on the end where you close it. It may be a good inexpensive option for a short move.

We're about to move, and this mattress cover is going to be very helpful. Covers the mattress with enough free space at the end to be able to close it over. We'll tape the heck out of it to keep it shut, but it feels thick enough that our mattress should be fine in the moving truck on the cross-country move. Decent cover.

Needed this to pack up a mattress and put into storage in our shed. The mattress bag is a good thick quality plastic - and big enough to take our twin mattress with a 2" mattress pad that we had added to it. I was able to seal it up with duct-tape so it will hopefully keep the mattress dust free for a few months in our shed. Does the job well and is a good protective bag

This product worked well for me and my quick move. I wanted something to cover my mattress during the move to keep her clean and protect in case of a pop up shower. This was perfect for just that!Honestly I wouldn't store a bed in this bag as it is just sooo thin and the odds of you tearing it are quite high, I tore mine on the first turn out of the bedroom! The bag is also not shaped the same as a mattress giving you some flexibility in wrapping your mattress, however, it also has a ton of excess plastic that you need to manage/fold onto itself to really keep it on and protecting your bed.Overall it worked for me so I am happy, just know what you need it for and purchase accordingly!

Bought a new bed frame that did not need box spring which I had from previous frame. Decided to put the box spring at curb for trash pickup but they wouldn’t take without it being wrapped in plastic. Ordered this plastic cover which fit the full size box spring perfectly by sliding it right in. Also fits twin size. Did the job easily.

I have used variations of these before and the majority of the time, they are not rip proof.As long as you don't scrape them across concrete or snag the plastic along a hook, sharp table end or other objects, it should be plenty to keep your mattress protected from dirt, dust, grime and rain during a move.I would recommend sweeping out your moving truck before dragging it along the bottom of it.Since this one is oversized for a twin, you will have to fold, wrap and tape down the opening as if you are wrapping a present. If you have any excess flab around the mattress you can cinch and fold the bulk of it onto itself until the rest of the plastic tightens up, then tape it down along the center.If you are actually using this to prevent bed bug infiltration, you will have to do a much more careful job with the taping and I would recommend a different product for that purpose.Overall these large bags can be used for much more than just mattress protection so they are quite versatile.

I got this for our move. We pre-bagged the mattress so the movers just took it and loaded it. The bag stayed in one piece with no holes. The mattress arrived clean. I’m happy I got this. It would also be used when disposing of a mattress if the trash company requires it. Ours does

I recently had to move and I bought mattress bag to protect our bedding, and I'm so thankful I did.It rained buckets during our move, so everything that protected and dry when we got to the new house. We stripped off the moving bags in the garage so nothing wet entered the house, and these bag likely saved me thousands on new matresses and box springs.These are worth their weight in gold because you never know when mother nature is going to throw a monsoon your way on moving day.

This is quite a thin mattress bag, though it does specify 1.5mm. It was actually handy for me to vacuum seal a beanbag before double bagging with a thicker mattress bag. Vacuum sealing didn't work woth the thicker bag. So for my use it was handy, buy for actually mattress storage and/or moving, this would likely be too thin.
