It has a texture like fridge hardened cream, but definitely not too hard like others have described. You can see from my photo the softness of the wax as my fingers have run through it. I first bought this product from a supermarket in New Zealand and I can only find it available online here in the UK. It’s my favourite hair product and worth the money. It’s not the cheapest but there are many more expensive than this!

Worst hair product I have ever used and ridiculously expensive for the amount you get. Not malleable and turns your hair white. It is as hard as a bar of soap.

Works exactly as described. Super dry finish, so that is what you should expect and is exactly what this product provides. Holds reasonably well, gets easy volume, overall a good product.

Absolutely rubbish. The wax is so hard ..I only have it 1 star because didn't know how to give minus 1 ...

Weird stuff. All dried up in the centre. Could t even get out of the pot! Had to return

Awful product, turned up and was rock solid, could hardly break with my hands.. secondly, didn’t even fill the pot as shown in the picture. Would not recommend to anyone. Complete waste of £14.00.

Firm hold

The product was dryed out like concrete when opened. Only fit for bin
