Could not get cement mixture to come out even when made very soft

Didn’t do the job , it was good a squeezing the moisture out of the mix but not the other stuff. I had to loosen it tgen tip it upside down for it to block up after 2 triggers. Stick with the old method

before writing this review I looked up the term useless from the Oxford dictionary... useless (adjective): ​ not useful; not doing or achieving what is needed or wanted.A chocolate fireguard would be useless because it would melt, but at least it would work for a short while, but this product just didn't work at all, I filled it up with grout pumped the trigger... noting came out, pumped the trigger some more, still nothing, eventually the piston went all the way through and still no grout came out... so now all of the grout was at the wrong end of the product and no easy way to get it out! waste of time, money... and grout!

As long as you get the mortar mix right this piece of kit it’s just what you need to get pointing done quick.I bought two so you are not constantly filling the tube, using one for verticals one for horizontals

Not the best gadget ever. Have tried repeatedly but cannot get a consistency to work with. Back to the traditional method I’m afraid. Waste of money.

Really have I been so disappointed by a product, not fit for purpose
