66fit Aqua Buoyancy Swimming Belt - Floatation Jogging Hydrotherapy Swim Pool

I have used my belt once so far , noticed the difference on the day. Think I should have ordered in a small but it still does the job. Try and click the belt up very tightly , i noticed that if you don't the belt will ride up and rub underneath the arm pits. I know now what to do and cant wait to use it again on Friday.The quality is good , i noticed some other swimmers with their belts which looked floppy, this belt is sturdy which gives me confidence when jogging.

After becoming disabled and losing many of my former abilities, I bought this buoyancy belt to help me return to swimming. It's only been a couple of weeks so I'm not there yet but my confidence has grown and exercises in the pool are looking promising for the future :)

Great for having some fun with. This belt works in providing buoyancy and a decent amount. If your not careful you can float forwards face first in the water or backwards, but I liked that as it meant I used my core more. The big downside to this is the black belt part. It seemed to expand or slip with time and ended up und my armpits. I had to stop several times to tighten this part. This isn't a problem for me as I wasn't in a class, just using by myself so I could stop, but if you were in an aerobics class it would be annoying I'm sure. I also used it to jog in the water and do leg exercises, this meant it didn't bother me it rode up as I wasn't using my arms too much, but the higher this rides the more difficult it would be to exercise your upper body. I will continue to use this and have no problems with the downsides but I know it wouldn't be suitable for over energetic exercising or water aerobics. Once it expands it can also be used under your bum as a seat!

Im hydrophobic and even though i have learnt to swim in the past, this fear still came creeping back. This belt has helped me massively (the floatation and also mentally) to go to the deeper end. I also manged to float on my back to relax on a holiday and enjoyed playing with my children without worrying of myself getting drowned

This is a bit bigger than I was expecting - certainly bigger than the ones we use at the class at a local pool. I bought this to take on holiday so I could jog whilst I was away. The belt on this is very long - and I could not be described as slim! I had to re-thread the belt so that it was on the outside at the back as it rubbed my swimming costume and made it almost see through the first time I used it. I found it easy to tighten and managed to keep it around my hips (just) whilst jogging. Overall I am pleased with it.

Bought this for a holiday for my 6 year old daughter as did my friend for her 8 year old daughter as it was recommended by their special needs school.So glad I did!!! It fit securely, was comfortable and held her in the water in a position that she was able to use her arms and legs to move herself around! She also wore it poolside so there were no worries of her slipping in as most flotation devices have to keep being removed and put back on. I would highly recommend this product to anyone! I did not spend the entire holiday feeling on edge and believe me she is fearless in water! She was jumping in wearing it and pretty much keeping up with her brothers in their play. Absolutely fantastic product I will use this again.

Great product. Had a month long holiday including lots of swimming in pools and the sea and this did not disappoint. Great for pictures too as you dont see it above water unlike life jackets. 9/10 would recommend. Only negative is its pretty bulky in the luggage but would not want to leave this behind

I had hoped that this, being labelled small, might be smaller than the ones we use at the pool. However this is just as big and ungainly. It comes so far round under my arms that it is uncomfortable to wear. Although I start off with it firmly round my waist after 10 mins of Aquafit it is up under my armpits. I have modified it by cutting off the sections to the first slot for the belt, with my stanley knife and this makes it much more comfortable. The next thing I must remember to do is to cut off at least a foot of the belt as it is ridiculously long. I wonder if these are designed by men for men?I am a short but by no means slim woman.
