Not so effective for me
Arrived quickly. Packaging recommends taking 2 tablets each morning. Did see some effects but not as dramatic as advertised

Don’t waste your money
These are an absolute waste of money, used the whole bottle following the directions on the bottle and the only thing I lost was the money I spent buying the product, very dissatisfied with the results , I wish I read the reviews before buying , I didn’t want to leave any stars as a rating but it won’t let me
