This book appears in all the photos to be covered with cloth or linen. It’s not. It’s a smooth, somewhat cheap feeling, hardback covered in paper printed to look like cloth. The black edging certainly comes off on your fingers, even after many uses. It also stuck all the pages together. Paper is thinner than I’d expect for this price point. This is something I’d buy at the dollar store, but if I saw it at this price, I wouldn’t look twice. Very disappointed because I really liked the idea of the different kinds of paper.
