Archer Watch Straps - Premium Nylon Straps for Apple Watch

I’ve had this strap for a year now and it’s one of my favorites. It’s held up wonderfully and while, yeah, it’s hella stiff out of the box once you wear it enough times it becomes a very comfortable nylon bracelet that’s molded exactly to your wrist.If you’ve ever broken in Birkenstocks, same basic thing happens here—it feels wrong for the first few wears, then starts to get shaped like you. And like Birks, once the strap is broken in it stays in place for the pulse monitor, just from the solid surface contact without you having to wear it very tightly.I did get some irritation from nylon “burrs” on the underside of the strap where the holes for the buckle were punched through with a hot awl. I had a bit of the same on the heat sealed edge of the bottom join on the free keeper loop. A few gentle passes with a fine emery board smooths them out.

I wanted a watch band that was similar to the NATO style bands I use for my field watch. What is important to me is the quality, durability and comfort. The band will be a bit stiff when you first get it but, it takes no time to contour to your own wrist. I would recommend getting a Otterbox Apple Watch Series Antimicrobial Case and the accompanying Flex Antimicrobial Screen Protector as pictured in the photo. This combination is awesome and not only will it look great on your wrist but, it will fully protect your iWatch.

When I received my first Apple Watch this past Christmas, I knew I wanted to get a nylon band. Past experience with other fitness devices and silicon bands proved this true for me. My skin would continuously break out with silicon bands. The majority of nylon bands I could find were NATO style. While those were comfortable, I didn’t like how the extra strap was managed.My search finally ended when I found this Archer band. It’s exactly what I was looking for.This band is comfortable, durable, and very simplistic. Plus, it looks great.As other reviewers have stated, at first, this band is very stiff. But I found it very easy to break in. If you’re in the market for an affordable, high-quality nylon watch band, look no further.

Absolutely impressed with the quality of this band. Reminds me of Materials used on tactical equipment. It is stiff out of the box but anyone who knows this kind of material knows that it will soon conform to how you want it and in my case, it lets my wrist breath and sits perfect! It arrived January 6th and I’ve been using it heavy duty switching from the Archer band to the Apple rubber-band when I workout and I can see it will hold up for as long as my Apple Watch holds up.

Band fits the watch very well and it is comfortable.

More comfortable and higher quality than expected

Great watch band, a little stiff at first however it breaks in quickly. Band is comfortable, lightweight yet durable with a solid buckle. The OD green looks great. Highly recommend

This was the first nylon Apple Watch band I purchased. When I first received it, it felt very stiff and was not what I was expecting. The reason it is so stiff is because it's two layers of nylon stitched together. It's difficulty to feed it through the buckle and into the loops. There is good stitching throughout, however there are some sharp parts of the threading in various places that I noticed poking my wrist as I wore it. It seems like a nylon type of thread, also. I used a lighter to melt them and smooth them out. It wasn't until about the third day that I noticed it wasn't so irritating to wear. I wouldn't quite call it comfortable, though. I purchased a few NATO style bands from other companies and when I received those, there was an immediate improvement. Most NATO bands are not stiff like this one and are extremely comfortable to wear. A word of warning though: I do not use the monitoring features of my Apple Watch, so a NATO strap covering the heart rate monitor on the bottom is no big deal to me. If you use those features, you'll want something specifically made for the Apple Watch, but I would still look elsewhere if you're interested in a nylon strap.

Sadly and despite other 42mm/44mm straps Ive purchased fitting this one DOES NOT fit the 44mm Apple Watch 5 it’s wiggles about and just wont snap into placeShame as it’s a quality band

This is by far the best out of all the watch straps I have purchased for my Apple Watch. It is strong, tough, durable and easily cleanable. The strap is thick and not remotely flimsy. The stitching is perfect and hasn't frayed.It fits well on my wrist in terms of width. It doesn't look out of place on a woman's arm. It is comfortable to wear and I never notice it when it's on. If I overheat, sweat does build up under the strap, but it is easily wiped and cleaned.The colour is a nice rich black, not faded or greyish. It looks excellent on the gunmetal watch. The watch screens have black borders, so this helps the strap blend in and enhances its appearance. The strap looks great no matter what watch face I am using.Excellent purchase; well worth the money.

The first impression was good, the strap material is shiny and seems of good quality. That's where it ends with the positive points...After attaching the strap to the watch, it became clear that the strap material is very, very stiff and not exactly comfortable on the skin, the watch kept sticking out (upwards) as the strap kept trying to straighten itself constantly.Trying to get comfortable led to the following:The connection spring pin detached itself from the metal connector after 2 minutes when moving the wrist or adjusting the position of the watch on the wrist to make it more comfortable - without applying any force bigger than to gently move it around.The watch just falls off the wrist, this is not trustworthy!

I was looking for an alternative to my original Nike plastic strap, expensive leather and rather clunky metal when I found this - originally worried about an unofficial £20 strap being a bit pricey, I am very impressed.Trawling the fake markets in Shanghai, I have seen many cheap Nylon straps that I wouldn't trust to look after the £300 tiny iPad on my wrist but this one is excellent.It is double layered, well stitched throughout, feels incredibly durable and showing no signs of having already been used for day-to-day wear, playing sports and in the pool.I'll be bookmarking the supplier as the two-tone black & grey is lovely, now looking for something in blue.Delivery was next day and service has been great, easily worth the £20 I paid.

I have a box overflowing the Apple Watch straps, all makes and designs, from the expensive to the 'bargain basement', always searching for, 'the one'. I had less trouble finding a pair of wives and almost less costly! The Archer Watch strap shouts quality from the moment it pops out of the box. With straps It's much about the wrist feel, and here the Archer hits the bull-eye, it feels just perfect. Look-wise, again winner. I may just have to purchase another colour!
