Works great, really bright!
Priced a bit more than what I liked but works very well. No need to place any reflective film on the windshield. It’s very bright even in the day time. The only time it’s hard to see is if the sun is directly in front of me. Just plug in the OBDII port route the cable and done. Actually used a different anti slip rubber mat than what it came with since I already had it.

Works ok.
It works great as advertised. But I have a hard time seeing the reflection during bright sunshine. The Step 2: Mount is deceitful as the OBD port on the unit is on the wrong side. I had to turn it around and the wiring becomes an impediment towards the windshield. I wish the software had a way to turn the reflected image 180 degrees. I then can use any flip-up holder. The included holder isn't grippy enough on my dashboard. I have to use a 2 sided tape to hold the holder properly.

Great HUD
Day 1 review So far so good love it. Easy to install. Power cord goes down and odb plug is angled. Some seem to have the power cord on wrong side. There are 2 pics. One in shade and one in direct sunlight. Just bright enough to be seen. Didn't have any double numbers so didn't need the film. I did notice it is milliseconds behind to update at high speeds. Easily adjustable but didn't mess with it since it works close enough for me. I turned off the RPMS since I don't need so not sure if there is a delay. It was a great value since found an open box sale.

Great concept poor execution
First I want to say that I liked the product when it worked. Unfortunately that wasn't very often. I have a newer model vehicle and for whatever reason the product performed inconsistently. Despite adjusting the voltage and other settings to try to configure them with my vehicle the product never performed. It would power off unexpectedly and stall at times. The digit lights were improperly lit and the 2 looked like a backwards 6 because one of the lights was lit that shouldn't have. I really wanted this to work but it seems like a product that was rushed to market without the kinks being worked out.

Great when it worked
I was really excited to try this as I've had Mazdas with a HUD and really loved it. My current car (VW Golf) doesn't have a HUD and so I thought this would fit the bill. When it worked it was pretty good actually. No real ghosting issues, didn't need the film on the windshield, it was nice. But I had issues where it would start up correctly. The car would come on and the device would attempt to turn on but it never would. It would sort of loop through a cycle of like rebooting constantly without ever really functioning. It didn't do this every time but often enough to be annoying. The only fix I had was to just drive and wait it out - sometimes it would come back - or to power cycle the device by reaching up and turning it off/on - a pain. In the end, for what I paid, I couldn't justify keeping what is definitely an imperfect product. What was sort of the last nail in the coffin though - I attempted to contact Hudly support while I had it to see if I could work this out. I tried playing with lots of settings myself and got nowhere (especially voltage). Hudly support never got back to me. I never heard anything at all. Only an email acknowledging receipt of my email but nothing more. Even to this day after returning it a month ago they never attempted to reach out again. If that's the kind of support the product has for something with issues it had me concerned as well. Giving 2 stars cause when it did work it was a good product.

May or may not work depending on year of car...
I tried this out on a '00 BMW 323Ci, and it wouldn't sync up (the tach and speed would flash). The car is likely doesn't expose the right signals on the OBD-II port (also tried it on the 20-pin BMW-specific connector under the hood with a OBD-II adapter: no-go there as well). I tried it on my '14 Ford F150 ecoboost, and it sync'd right up. I've not had a chance to drive with it yet. It's bright and sunny outside, and I can still see the reflection in my window without the reflective screen. It's dim, but I can still see it. I can also see the shape of the entire unit, but that may or may not be a distraction (gotta drive with it all first). This should be great in the evening and morning hours (to and from work).

Exactly what I was looking for. I only needed the rpm and speed
It's easy to install, works on my 2015 challenger and you dont really need a film if the ghosting doesn't bug you. The film that came with was eh had markings on it. I rather just tint the windshield. It can be calibrated with the menu which is easy to follow. Simple and bright even during the day time.

Hudley hud
The display works but after less than. A month 33 turned into 93 73 the led stays on sometimes so speed is incorrect. And its 3 to 4 mph faster then your actual speed

Super preciso, solo no me encantó la película del parabrisas, está muy obscura y de afuera de ve mucho.
