Wonderful product and quality. The one very few ghee I have found that has certified amount and control of casein within. Tastes wonderful. Butterscotch like flavor. Love it. Wish the large size was available too for better value without having to buy two small jars. Great stuff. Please keep making it. Thanks.

This is a fantastic product. I've tried a few other ghee brands and the processing and additives they go through tends to make for a waxy, artificial tasting product. This ghee has a sincere taste and texture. If you need the consistency of every jar to be exactly like the last, then be sure to get something with all the processed craziness. But, if you understand there may be slight variations and want the real deal, this one most definitely for you. I will definitely order again.

Bought this ghee because it states it is casein free. Not a huge fan of ghee, but use it due to dairy allergies. This is the best ghee I have bought thus far. I also love the health benefits of it being from grass-fed cows, and the fact that it is organic. A little pricey, but it lasts for me, as I use it on occasion.

This ghee is the real thing. I cook everything in it, and sometimes even use it as amoisturizer!

It's terrific stuff. The taste is marvelous, and it's a lot healthier than regular butter. This is the best product if you're too lazy to make your own ghee, which is actually quite easy. It's high smoking point gives it the ability to make really excellent grilled cheese sandwiches, giving the bread time to heat properly so the cheese melts. And the grilled bread is light and very crispy. It's very important from a health standpoint to use unsalted, organic, grass-fed butter (higher levels of CLA, an immune system booster), and this product delivers on all counts.

unfortunately one of the ghee containers leaked all over the packaging, it was not properly sealed. otherwise this ghee is delicious. it would be nice if it was available in the supermarket so you didn't have to rely on shipping dependability.
