A bit of nostalgia and a lot of good smell
This is a beautiful doll that smells very good. Good for decoration and for a bit of 80's nostalgia. Totally worth to get it.

Defective product
Got this for my daughter, and the doll’s left leg was not attached at the hip in the box. Figured we could reattach it so went ahead and removed from packaging, but it seems to be a manufacturing defect.No problem, decided to return it. Received the replacement the very next day. Same exact defect found in the replacement! My daughter is heartbroken. I will try to fuse the leg in place with super glue because I don’t have the heart to watch her open a third defective doll, and don’t see the point with this low level of quality anyway.No more QC standards or process?? Guess this is the new normal: product is substandard, but you can have it immediately.

Doesn't smell like the iconic 80's SSC
Love her face she is super cute. But, there are numerous issues with this doll. #1 She doesn't smell #2 Love the idea of the articulation points but I'm finding it makes the doll more fragile feeling not sturdy like the originals and the recent remakes. One of mine the arm was hard to turn and kind of let it be because I was worried I would break her. #3 Her hair is a different color even from the new bakeshop doll that was just released. #4 One leg seems shorter than the other and you have to kind of push her leg up to get them even. #5 Like others have said I ordered 2 dolls and both of their hair was choppy and bangs not even. The bakeshop girl I got her leg was already out of the socket. Overall, very cute and as an 80's girl I had to get her. I just hope with future editions that these items are fixed.
