This is a great jacket for the money, I am a flight mechanic and travel in many climates, the Jacket is warm but not too heavy for milder weather. In very cold weather I wear a sweatshirt underneath and stay very warm. One thing I really like is that the sleeves are long enough to reach my hands. One caveat, I am thin, and I did want a slimmer fitting jacket, I am not sure about the fit for someone who is large in the middle. A girl working at the airport the other day said, "I really like your jacket". I actually sent one back from another seller that was was more expensive and not nearly as nice. I now have two, one that has my company logos and the other just plain for dirty jobs. I am 6ft tall 190 Lbs and I got the XL. I hope this review helps.

I purchased this inexpensive bomber for my son to wear to school for a Charles Lindbergh presentation. It arrived VERY wrinkled in a vacuum sealed pack (I will post pics). The wrapping was so tight the imprint of the tags remained on the jacket. I was going to return it, but my son really likes the jacket. It's a not too heavy, not too light weight that can keep the chill off indoors without him feeling overheated. I'm on the fence, and my rating reflects that.My son is wearing the small. He's 5' 6" and has about a 38 chest. As you can see sleeve and jacket length are good.

Just like everyone says in the comments, it is packaged in a airtight or airlocked zipper bag. So the packaging is extremely weird. It comes out super wrinkled and flat. I put it in the laundry and did a normal load and put it in the dryer with a few dryer sheets and it came out un-wrinkled and fine. The seller should definitely rethink their shipping and packaging options for sure. The jacket is a little thin, does not have much padding in it but better than nothing. It feels a little cheap in my opinion, doesn’t feel really nice and thick and durable. It’s more like a lightweight windbreaker to wear on the chili or overcast day. Not for really cold weather

I want to start off by saying that the jacket arrived quickly, fit great and was exactly what i was looking for EXCEPT: Even though it shown in the pictures as a plain, unadorned jacket, mine arrived with eleven different Navy themed patches on it. I am not in the Navy, nor am I a Navy veteran, so I can't in good conscience wear a jacket advertising that I am. Plus, I just want a plain black jacket.So, unless you are looking to be a walking billboard for the U.S. Navy, I would skip this. If that's what you want, then you will get a 5-star experience from this product.

I really wanted to like this jacket. I had big plans for it, turning it into a custom flight jacket...but alas, the colors weren't quite what I was looking for as the blue was more of an indigo and not a navy blue, and the yellow lining was clearly orange once I got it. And when I was investigating the overall construction, the snaps on the pockets broke off leaving one half still attached to the jacket. It could have been repairable, but with the other minor issues, i just didn't think it was worth the effort.

Good MA-1 flight jacket look. Medium size was slightly oversized in body but not in arms. At this price some issues were expected, including flimsy zipper pulls (rotate sideways around zipper mechanism), some crooked sewing, & thin material. Collar ribbing is not durable and a bit high on the neck as it was immediately frayed by facial hair. Otherwise a good, inexpensive knock off; but ook for "Fulfilled by Amazon". Wrong size sent initially (correct size on jacket, no U.S. size adjustment) No seller response for several days. Amazon support provided return authorization since green, medium jacket was fulfilled by Amazon. Seller finally responded that they would not accept exchange or return.

Uh boy, talk about cheap. I got the jacket in an airtight blister pack, which was completely wrinkled and had indentations from the zipper. I'm not even sure how these wrinkles are going to come out. The outside of the jacket is a vinyl like material that has a chemical smell to it. I would think a couple washes would take care of the smell but I'm sure how this jacket would hold up in the wash.The Jacket itself fits great, true to size.
